My accident.

I was on holiday when I was six and I had a big accident. I was in Spain with my mum and dad and 2 brothers. I was in the swimming pool when I needed to go to the toilet.
So I asked my mum to go back to the house and she said yes.

So I got in the toilet and started doing the wee. Then suddenly, I slipped and banged my head on the toilet seat. My mum shouted if I was alright but I said yes. So I carried on but I slipped again and my mum shouted again but I walked out with blood already down to my toes and lots of tears in my eyes. I had to have two stitches right next to my eye and used a sticker book to calm me down.

CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE!

Last night at wembley, Arsenal bagged a win against Bayern Munich 2-1.
“It was a very close match as it was 0-0 at half time” the Bayern Munich manager Jupp Heynckes said after the game.
As the game progressed closer to the final whistle, Arsenal scored a goal by Santi Carzola in the 90 min which changed the whole stadiums atmosphere.

Arsenal had the upper hand as Philip Lahm was sent off for a clumsy tackle on Lucas Podolski in the 63 min of the game.

The Arsenal fans and club were happy as they finally won a cup but for Bayern Munich, it was a devastating day for them.

My question: Why does my mum like to iron our clothes?

My mum likes to iron our clothes but why? That is what I’m going to find out now.

My mum said:

” I don’t like to see screwed up clothes being worn. When I’m in a good mood, I like to do it with the tv or music on but when I’m in a bad mood, I get it done quickly. When I have finished the job, I feel ….. Happy….and ….like…I have achieved something and have done a good job. I do it at least once a day because there there five us living in the house.”

Then I asked “do you think that if you had a girl, would she get involved and help you iron?”

Then she said:

“I can’t comment because I don’t know what it is like but she might want to help and it won’t be me asking her to do it.”

So I found out about ironing but why don’t she ask one us boys to maybe help her?

With thanks to my mum.

  2. Film: – incomplete
  3. Presentation to class: 6A – Confident and well-prepared presentation and good understanding of subject material
  4. Essay:
